Most merchandise can be returned for a refund or replacement within 30 days of original purchase. We offer FREE return shipping on most of our products. Returned merchandise that is not defective, may be subject to a 20% Restocking Fee, on a case by case basis. We reserve the right to refuse any returns. Please contact us before returning any merchandise.
Refunds (if applicable)
Refunds will be granted once your return is received and inspected. We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@inkersupply.com and send your item to: FannyB C/O Inker Supply : 1400 Centre Circle, Downers Grove IL, 60515. If the original item is no longer available, a refund in the amount of the price originally paid will be issued.
Defective Merchandise (if applicable)
If any merchandise sold and shipped by FannyB is faulty or defective, we will cover the cost of shipping to have the merchandise returned, so long as the claim is filed within 30 days of the original purchase date. Upon receiving the returned item, we will then either replace the item, or issue a credit for the original amount paid.
